Baby Jace

Jace will be 7 months old on Thursday. I wish time went by this fast, when I was pregnant. He is such a funny baby. He loves to laugh and jabber. He can't wait to jump up and run around. I am afraid this is going to happen sooner than I would like. He loves his jumperoo. He has started this thing, where he rocks himself to sleep in it. Sometimes it makes me feel bad, because it reminds me of stories I have heard about babies in orphanages who rock themselves to sleep in their beds, because nobody loves them. We love you baby Jace! How could you not love a face like that. Big blue eyes, and chubby cheeks. What a handsome little stud!

Flagstaff

Roadtrip!

We drove up to Flagstaff, last Monday the 10th for our nephew Zak's wedding. It was a short(just over 24 hours), exhausting(isn't taking 5 kids anywhere) trip! But it was fun to hang out with Jon's family and let the boys receive some much needed torture from their cousins, Trevor and Jordan.

About Us...

We were introduced to the blogger nation this Christmas when some friends included their blog address in their Christmas letter. We logged on to check it out, and couldn't believe what we had been missing out on. We linked from one blog to the next and had lots of fun reading about the life and times of other families we know. So we decided that we would start our own cyber journal.

Jon and I met where else, but online. Scandalous, I know. It was an LDS site at least. I encouraged Jon to keep that info on the DL at first, but I have realized that the Lord works in mysterious ways and this continues to be my biggest blessing. We got married added our 3 kids(Nathan, Tate, and Bradan) to the mix and created an instant family. Let me tell you it was pure BLISS from the beginning =). We learned quickly that this was going to be hard work. But isn't anything that is worth something. We have added two more squirts to the bunch (Addison and Jace) and continue to labor away at the fun, crazy thing called life. We hope to jot down some of our memories to have a record of our insanity for future generations.
