Tucson Trip

At the end of February, we took the kids to Tucson for a little weekend getaway. We went to the Old Tucson Studios the first day. The weather was nice and it wasn't crowded at all, so the kids could ride the rides over and over without waiting in line. They loved these cars and rode them at least 30 times. Addison and Jace could run around which they always enjoy. We even got to see an old west gunfight. Our hotel had a heated pool, jacuzzi, and some fire pits. The big boys and Jon hit these both nights we were there. They loved them! Jon has been begging to go back. The next day we went to the Sonoran Desert Museum. It was more crowded and less baby friendly. So our stay here was somewhat shorter. We hit the highlights and then hit the road.
We also went sight seeing in the neighborhood Jon grew up in. We got some pictures of his house, school, bike routes, alleys, friends houses, etc. It is always fun to reminisce and remember where we came from. It is hard for me to imagine Jon as a little kid, how much more immature could he be? Just kidding!
